Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• be in its original condition,
• be accompanied by its original packaging,
• be accompanied by the receipt or purchase invoice.

Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• food products,
• herbal products that have been opened or used,
• personal care products that have been opened,
• custom or personalised products,
• gift cards.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, you may return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will be notified regarding the approval of your return.

If approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, within up to 10 business days.
