Himalayan Pink Salt 50gr

Himalayan pink salt is considered one of the oldest salts on Earth, mined near the foothills of the Himalayas.

It's an unrefined mineral salt that, although collected from a mountain, essentially originates from sea or lake water. It's said, and considered, to be rich in minerals.

Himalayan pink salt is a variety of salt whose crystals are pink and white in color, due to the elements it comes into contact with.

Its texture is heavy and dry, and its flavor is mild, slightly salty — you may need to add a little extra to your recipes to season them enough. We'd say Himalayan pink salt seasons our food subtly.
