Chamomile 50gr

Chamomile is a very popular plant in Greece. It resembles the common daisy, and there are 70 species of it. Chamomile is an aromatic flower, an annual, short in height, and its name means "on the ground", as it grows everywhere during spring. We dry chamomile flowers and make a delightful, aromatic infusion. The resulting brew has yellow-green tones, an earthy flavor, and a pleasant, delicate aroma.

Steep dried chamomile flowers in a cup of hot water for 5-10 minutes. Strain, serve and enjoy.

Tips:

Always use fresh water, not water that has been sitting in the kettle or teapot for hours.

Don't leave the tea bag in the cup while drinking, as it will significantly alter the flavor.

Optionally, add your preferred sweetener.

Once made, you can also refrigerate it and enjoy it cold if you like.
