Psychis Chios Mastic Liqueur 50ml has been traditionally produced in Chios since the start of the last century by the Psychis distillery, and is the result of distilling authentic Chios mastic.

It's a fitting aperitif, best enjoyed well chilled.

The founder of "Traditional Psychis Distillery" distilled mastic crystals, obtaining a natural distillate, and after many attempts created the outstanding "Psychis Chios Mastic Liqueur", a product with Protected Geographical Indication (PGI). Local tradition calls for "Psychis Chios Mastic Liqueur" to be served alongside dessert, after each meal or with coffee.

Today, the 4th generation, following the closely guarded family recipe (passed down through generations), sources authentic mastic from the Chios Mastic Growers Association and distills it in their traditional copper stills, creating the internationally awarded "Psychis Chios Mastic Liqueur", which captures the whole history of the island in its flavor.

"Psychis Chios Mastic Liqueur" is an excellent choice as a shot (try it chilled), in cocktails, or even as an aperitif served in a tall glass with crushed ice.
