Lemon Balm 50gr
Lemon balm is also known as melissovotano, melissa and citron balm, and is an aromatic shrubby plant that produces small white flowers that attract bees because they're full of nectar — hence its name. Lemon balm has a pleasant aroma and flavor reminiscent of lemon, and we use it to make an infusion. The resulting brew has yellow-green tones, a pleasant flavor and aroma with citrus notes. Steeping it in hot water for 5-10 minutes is the ideal time for its aroma to develop.
Steep dried lemon balm leaves in a cup of hot water for 5-10 minutes. Strain, serve and enjoy.
Tips:
Always use fresh water, not water that has been sitting in the kettle or teapot for hours.
Don't leave the tea bag in the cup while drinking, as it will significantly alter the flavor.
Optionally, add your preferred sweetener.
Once made, you can also refrigerate it and enjoy it cold if you like.
