Talaro tsipouro is produced in traditional stills by distilling the pomace of select Greek grape varieties (Muscat, Malagousia, Roditis, Sauvignon and Merlot).

Following fractional distillation, we keep only the heart of the distillate, giving a truly rich, distinctive flavor with fruity aromas and a balanced finish.
