Nettle Leaf Ground 50gr

Nettle is a well-known plant with 40 species. You don't need to go to the mountains to find it — it grows easily everywhere, on roadsides, in gardens and in pots on our balconies. The plant reaches a meter in height, and its leaves cause pain, stinging and itching if touched, giving the impression that an insect has bitten us.

Nettle leaves give us a dark-colored brew; its smell is like grass and its flavor light, earthy and mild. We believe it's best enjoyed with a sweetener of your choice added to the cup.

Steep dried nettle leaves in a cup of hot water for 5-10 minutes. Strain, serve and enjoy.

Tips:

Always use fresh water, not water that has been sitting in the kettle or teapot for hours.

Don't leave the tea bag in the cup while drinking the nettle infusion, as it will significantly alter the flavor.

Optionally, add your preferred sweetener.

Once made, you can also refrigerate it and enjoy it cold if you like.
