St. John's Wort 50gr

St. John's wort is also known as spathochorto and hyperico, and grows during the summer months. It's a shrub with yellow flowers and yellow-green leaves, from which we obtain its oil and also make an infusion. The resulting brew has dark tones, a bitter taste and an earthy aroma.

Steep dried St. John's wort leaves in a cup of hot water for 5 minutes. Strain, serve and enjoy.

Tips:

Always use fresh water, not water that has been sitting in the kettle or teapot for hours.

Don't leave the tea bag in the cup while drinking the St. John's wort infusion, as it will significantly alter the flavor.

Optionally, add your preferred sweetener.

Once made, you can also refrigerate it and enjoy it cold if you like.
